1. General

This website is operated by Kessel Run Hair & Collectibles ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

2. Products

We sell collectible action figures and related products, including pre-order items.

We make every effort to display products accurately, however:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only
• Final products may vary slightly from images or descriptions

3. Pre-Orders

Some items are sold as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge:

• Release dates are estimates only and may change
• Delays may occur due to manufacturer or supplier timelines
• You are purchasing an item that is not currently in stock

Pre-order cancellations:

• Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the item has shipped
• Once an item has shipped, it cannot be cancelled

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars)
• Payment is taken at the time of purchase
• We use secure third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe)

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

• We ship within Australia only (unless otherwise stated)
• Shipping times are estimates only
• Once an order has been shipped, risk transfers to the customer
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
• Pre-orders may be cancelled before shipping (see Section 3)
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Returns & Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This includes:

• Incorrect selection
• Buyer no longer wants the item
• Change in preference

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within a reasonable time for a replacement, repair, or refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
